TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Payment: Payment must be received before the order can be dispatched. We accept cheques, money orders and payment direct to our bank account. (Please contact us for details). Sorry - credit card payment and EFTPOS are currently unavailable.
Delivery: Product Labels and Name Tag/Label orders are dispatched on receipt of payment.
Name Tags & Labels for Personal Belongings: Dispatch of family size orders is normally 48 hours after receipt of your payment or sooner. Please allow a few extra days for delivery during peak times such as at the beginning of the new school year. We will advise by email or telephone of any delays in processing with the option of cancelling your order. If you require labels urgently or by a given date, please telephone us to let us know and we will always endeavour to meet this date. Bulk orders/sports club orders - please contact us for expected dispatch times. Hamilton customers may collect orders from our office by arrangement. We GUARANTEE delivery within 10 working days of receipt of payment or they are FREE!
Fabric Care, Laundry & Logo Labels: For orders of 500 Labels or less, dispatch is normally 2 working days from acceptable of design and acceptable logo's. Please contact us for dispatch times on larger orders.
Printed Coloured Ribbons: If ribbons are held in stock, dispatch is normally within 2 working days. Out of stock ribbons may take up to 14 working days.
Prices: From time to time we may increase our prices. Prices on our website at the time of ordering will be honoured.
Errors: Please check your Order Form carefully and print clearly. Labels Direct cannot not take responsibility for misspellings or errors on the Order Form.
General: Goods damaged in Transit must be notified within 7 days of receipt and labels returned to us for replacement.
Warranty: We endeavour to supply a quality product and warrant our Name Tags and Labels for Personal Belongings and our Fabric Care & Logo Labels for 6 months from date of dispatch. If you are not satisfied with our labels please contact us with a full description of the fault or problem and we will refund or replace them. We do not take responsiblity for items or products our labels are attached to.
For Iron-on labels, please ensure that ironing instructions are followed carefully, in particular ensuring that no water or steam is present on the clothes or in the iron at the time of application. Some clothing is treated with 'finishers' which prevent the label from adhering correctly and may require additional stitching.
For Sew-on Labels - our labels have been tested though the drycleaning process. Drycleaning may cause the label to fade.
Printed Coloured Ribbons: These ribbons are intended for one-off and souvenir use and therefore does not carry a warranty. Detergents will cause text to wash off. If you are however not satisfied with our printed coloured ribbons, please contact us.
